life-long resident of Lake
Tahoe, Antu grew up in Incline Village and has worked as a builder for
the past 15 years. Antu worked as the Job Foreman for Ralph Norris
Construction since 2002, prior to founding Cerretti Construction in May
of 2007. He previously worked for Ira Rodman on several new homes. Antu
has done many notable projects as the Trepp Estate, many spec homes and
other lakefront estates.
Antu is skilled in all aspects of home building from the foundation up,
including plan review and permit application, design layout, foundation
work, framing, roofing, siding and window installation, drywall hanging
and repair, finish carpentry, custom cabinetry and furniture pieces,
appliance and stove installation, and much more. As a general
contractor, he manages all aspects of the project and timing of subs,
including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, tile and stonework, painting,
flooring and other specialties.
Antu is production oriented and works closely with his clients to
streamline the building process. Communication and efficiency are
hallmarks of his daily work, and his employees and subcontractors
follow his system to insure the highest standard of quality and
expediency. His commitment to fine home building is apparent in the
work detail, and in the exuberance of his clients at the finished
